Clear expectations protect your time and ours — please read before you book.

Deposit
A deposit is required to secure every appointment and is applied toward your service on the day. The exact amount is shared on WhatsApp before confirmation. Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows and late cancellations.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
Reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, will forfeit the deposit. Please message us on WhatsApp as early as possible if your plans change.

Late Arrival
A 15-minute grace window applies. Arrivals later than 15 minutes may be asked to reschedule, and the deposit will not carry over. We respect every client's time and ask the same in return.

Preparation
Arrive with clean, detangled hair for braiding services and bare nails for nail appointments. Excessive prep time on the day may reduce your slot or incur an additional charge.

Nourish your scalp
Massage a light oil — jojoba or rosemary blend — into your scalp twice a week to stimulate circulation and support healthy growth between appointments.

Moisture over washing
Co-wash instead of shampooing daily and seal with a leave-in conditioner. Over-washing strips natural oils and dulls braids and locs faster.
Hair03
Sleep on satin
A satin bonnet or pillowcase reduces friction and breakage overnight — the single easiest way to extend the life of any style.
Nails04
Care for your cuticles
Push cuticles back gently after a warm shower and apply cuticle oil daily. Never cut them — they protect the nail bed from infection.
Nails05
Hydrate your hands
Keep nails flexible and chip-free by moisturising hands after every wash. Well-hydrated nails bend instead of snapping.
Nails06
Give nails a break
Between gel or acrylic sets, let your natural nails rest for a week with a strengthening base coat to prevent thinning and discolouration.
